The Arroyo Vista Children’s Theater is a non-profit theatre group founded in 1992 with the mission to provide a theatrical experience to as many children as possible in a nurturing environment.

Children perform every role on stage! Many AVCT alumni students also perform offstage roles as well, including stage crew, set painting crew, makeup, and lighting crews. The productions are staffed almost entirely by volunteers who work endless hours sewing costumes, building sets, and guiding the children through the process of memorization, rehearsal practice, and teamwork to meet the goal of "putting on a show." Every year we are amazed at the determination, creativity, talent, and heart demonstrated by every child as well as the community of families and volunteers that make it happen.
